Meet The Business Queen AKA Natalie Scicluna "Queen of Business Planning"

Mother to 3 handsome boys, clean freak, glitter lover, business queen!

The beginning .....

Having spent 2 years in her early 20’s in a local Advertising Agency, a love of creation, design and marketing emerged. It was here in the Advertising Agency that Natalie developed her interpersonal skills and relatability to what the clients were seeking.

Among the many roles that Natalie undertook, there were several which assisted in her development of a keen business woman.

Natalie has worked with the Penrith Chamber of Commerce organising the Stepping Up mentoring program, a NSW Government initiative and broadened her business consulting skills in the role of Business Development Manager. 

In such high demand, her family’s Motorcycle Business recruited her to take their business to a new level, which involved General Managing all aspects of the business, business planning, digital marketing, launching their e-commerce platform and successfully operating their online presence. Raising their public profile, Exhibition show Display Stand Designs, artwork creation, magazine and PR liaison, Human Resources and client retention.

On the cusp on having her 2nd child in 2009, Natalie launched her own successful Designer Handbag company based in Sydney with a party plan division, offering her the ability to work in the comfort of her home whilst raising a new born.

Her Designer Handbag Business offered her the platform to branch into Wholesale & Distribution and she successfully launched timi & leslie, a well known international, celebrity followed Nappy Bag Label, into Australia. 

As the Australian Operations Manager for timi & leslie, Natalie's responsibilities included

· Management of Australian Distribution

· Sales, B2C and B2B

· Build & maintain annual B2C & B2B Marketing

· Co-ordinate & design marketing collateral for New Season, Brand and Product launches

· Design & Manage Monthly Email newsletters, Create & Write Blog articles

· Manage all marketing assets, image files, videos, celebrity promotions

· Co-ordinate and manage Wholesale Operations

· Drive marketing communications, campaigns and brand awareness is Australia

· Management of Australian website, social media channels

· SEO Management, Google & Bing Adwords

· Monthly Budgets, Forecasts and expenditure

Over the past 10 years Natalie has successfully applied her business acumen to many local businesses and in turn watched their businesses reap the benefits of her guidance and business mind. 

Natalie has most recently applied her dynamic business skills to launching another company in to the World Wide Web - www.earthangels.com.au and is delighted to advise they are generating daily sales via their ecommerce platform. 

Eager to continue on with these successes 2019 saw the launch of The Business Queen, a dedicated 24/7 business consulting practise, whereby business owners can utilise Natalie’s extensive business knowledge & expertise and apply it in their own businesses.
